Free Australia wide shipping on orders over $90*
All our online orders are dispatched from our Warehouse in Northern NSW. Orders over $90 will receive Free Standard Shipping. All orders over $200 will receive Free Express Shipping.All orders under $90 will be charged a flat fee of $9.95. Express Shipping is also available to all orders at a flat Fee of $12.95.
We aim to have all Australian orders shipped the next day if placed before 3 pm (AEST). We use Australia Post for our standard shipping option & Australia Post Express for our Express Shipping option.
We ship to PO boxes & Parcel lockers - all orders shipped to PO boxes will be sent via Australia Express Post.
Please note that due to COVID all parcels require no signature.
If you have not received your items within 5 business days of making your order, please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.
In some instances, they will re-attempt delivery the following business day. Please contact Lilac and Mila if you see an attempted delivery scan on your tracking so we can pass on further delivery instructions on your behalf.
We offer Standard & Express Shipping Options to New Zealand . All Express Orders will be sent with DHL Express & all Standard Orders will be sent with Australia Post.
DHL is our Express Shipping service. We recommend selecting this option if you need your items by a certain date. Our Australia Post service is slower due to Covid-19 Delays.

EXPRESS POST ( 2-4 Business Days) :
$30 Flat Rate on orders under $300
FREE on orders over $300
